4. Digital Content & Memberships
Access: Membership grants access to online yoga, meditation, and movement content.
No Sharing: Account sharing or unauthorized distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

5. In person & Event Policies
Follow Guidelines: When attending in-person classes or events, please respect guidelines.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items—please keep your valuables secure.
Respect & Conduct: Be kind and respectful to instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from classes or events.
6. Health & Safety
Personal Responsibility: Participation in any class, event, or activity is voluntary and at your own risk.
Medical Considerations: If you have any health concerns, consult a physician before joining our classes. Inform instructors of any injuries or limitations.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including any health-related guidelines in place.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, videos, and other materials, belongs to Everpuravida or its licensors.
Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.
8. Photography & Media
Consent: By attending our classes or events, you acknowledge that we may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.
Opting Out: If you prefer not to be included in media, please let us know in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our Services.
