The Experience (75 Minutes)
- 10 minutes: We begin with a short guided meditation to settle into the space.
- 55 minutes: Introduction of the month’s specific theme followed by guided writing prompts.
- 20 minutes: Wrap-up and a moment of shared connection to seal the energy of the group before we head back into the our homes.

- When: Every last Tuesday of the month.
- Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM.
- Where: Sanaaq Library Salle 1
- What to bring: A notebook and a pen.
